From 1993 until 2007, 3xM cooperated with ECTV (Estonian Christian Television) in Estonia. In 1994 ECTV started with a Christian news program. This was a strategic choice to win the trust of the viewer and lessen the prejudices against the Christian faith. Nowadays the organisation is well known by both the population as well as by the national television.
3xM ended her relation with ECTV per December 31, 2007, because others broadcast Christian television programs in Estonia. This means that the Gospel is proclaimed through television and 3xM preferably aims at countries with no Christian television.
Finance
One receives support from the Council of Churches in Estonia (which represents all churches in Estonia), receives contributions from a small number of contributors and produces video tapes for Christian organisations and for churches.
