In 1989 a trial Christian program was recorded for the first time in Ivory Coast. That was followed by a series of six which were broadcast on various transmitters in French speaking countries. A good structure and constant supply of new programs were needed. Consequently, in 1990 it was decided to build our own television studio. In 1999 the building was ready and on March 31, 2001 the official opening was conducted by the Minister of Communication and New Technologies in Ivory Coast.
In 2009 ACT dealt with different staff changes. The new staff members were trained in 2009 in almost all areas, which can be noticed on the quality of the new programs.
There are also regular broadcasts in Cameroon, Togo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Benin, Gabon, Central African Repblic and Mali.
