Growing interest for Christian TV via internet in Bulgaria

Recently Studio 865, partner of 3xM, launched a new website. Reason was the growing interest of Bulgarians for the Christian message via internet. On the new website extra attention was given to the viewing of and responding to the Christian programs.

24/7

On the new website all episodes of the Christian program ‘Christianity’ are added. This way it’s 24/7 available via internet. It’s a great advantage that the viewer can decide when he views an episode. During the first month the website counted more than 13,000 visitors already.

A viewer tells: "I always watch 'Christianity'. Not via television, but on the internet on my laptop. I watch it because I love Jesus. The program teaches me more about Him and that's important to me. When I pray I ask for forgiveness about the things I did wrong. For instance when I fight. The program taught me something I did not know before: Jesus lives, He  loves us and helps us, you and me. That is awesome!"

Program

‘Christianity’ is a weekly TV program in which current subjects are being discussed from a Christian point of view. Besides the broadcasts via the website the programs are also being broadcast via the television channel IPTV via internet and the cable station Europe TV. On average there are 3.5 million potential viewers together.

3xM

For nearly 30 years, the mission organization 3xM has partnered with churches and Christian organizations in producing and broadcasting television programs. The transference of knowledge is an important part of 3xM's mission. Working mainly in Africa and Asia, 3xM focuses primarily on countries where there are few Christians.
